Each slant board is made from 3/4” birch plywood - the 12" board adjust to 10, 20 & 26 degrees.

Starts at a lower 10° angle, meeting the requirements of the BESTest Balance Evaluation System Test and ensuring optimal functionality for rehabilitation and balance training.
  • 10°: Gentle stretching, BESTest certified, ideal for beginners and balance evaluation
  • 20°: Moderate stretching, general fitness and rehabilitation
