Return Policy
If you feel the need to return a product, please feel free to call for assistance. We can help take care of your issues. If there is a functional problem with a product, we can usually fix or replace the item.
| Returns may be authorized for up to 30 days after receipt or within 30 days of when they are given as a gift. | |
| Return Authorization number must be issued and shipping directions given before returning a product. Products returned without prior approval will not be credited. | |
| Merchandise must be returned complete, in "as new" condition, with all manuals and instructions and in original packaging. | |
| Customer is responsible for freight charges both ways. This includes delivery charges to the customer on items sold as "Includes Delivery Charges" or "Delivered Price" or "Free Delivery" | |
| On some custom or special order items, there may be additional restocking fees. You will be notified of this at the time of your order if it is applicable. | |
