The
First Degree Fitness Fluid Rower has
been designed to achieve the following:
 | Competitive price point
 | Exceptional function & feel
 | Outstanding durability
 | Aesthetic appeal
 | Ease of maintenance and repair
 | Abundance of sales features &
benefits |
| | | | |
To this extent, we are providing these
brief snapshots to explain the main component materials and service notes.
For those unfamiliar with the machine, this will provide a small insight

Service Notes
Bungee coupling can be exposed by unwinding
the Belt Pulley one turn and loosening 2 screws at each end of the cord.
The cord can then be replaced and the procedure reversed to complete the
operation. The Belt Pulley is unwound by carefully allowing the Rowing
Belt to escape between its guides and the belt pulley, and the belt pulley
is rewound by the reverse.
Note that the belt cannot be unwound from the normal user position. The
operation can only be conducted from beside the belt pulley.

user head height and pivots away from the potential direction of impact,
reducing the likelihood of damage.

Future Developments
It is anticipated that a precise ergometer
computer will be available in early 2004. This will allow for the reading
of watts and related functions across the 20 resistance levels. It will be
pertinent to competitive exercisers and the medical / rehabilitation
market.
It is expected that, with the addition of
the ergometer function, First Degree Fitness will become the first choice
for a durable range of equipment including Rower, Arm Mill, Upright Cycle,
Recumbent Cycle and Elliptical Cross Trainer. Suitable for use in
commercial, light institutional or home environments.
