Maxafe™ - made with a patented Flexton Silpower™ material, to aid in slow deflation in case of ball puncture.

Promotes good posture during long periods of sitting at home, school or in the office. Sitting on the ball requires use of the trunk and abdominal muscles. Can be used for stretching and exercise. Size Guideline
The size of the ball is determined by a person's height, leg length and weight.

Size Guideline below provides an approximate guideline for choosing the correct ball size. 

Remember - When sitting on the ball:
-Sit on the top  of the highest point of the ball, , do not lean against the ball
-Hips slightly higher than knees
-Feet should be flat on the floor, shoulder width apart

 39-51 inches  45cm
 52-63 [5'3]inches  55cm
 5'4" to 6'0"  65cm

Final size adjustments are made by inflation/deflation to get the individuals proper knee/hip relationship when sitting on the ball.
