• Adjustable magnetic resistance features 8 incremental lever positions, which allows the user to have consistent resistance changes. Resistance changes at the touch of a button — arrow up or down to increase or decrease resistance.
• A pulse meter displays distance, time, speed, calories. The e1 unit does not require electricity to operate. The monitor operates on batteries or optional power plug.
