ADD FULL ROATION (extreme transverse motion) TO YOUR EXTREME BALANCE BOARD The XT was designed after discussions with a group of snowboarders indicated that they desired yet another element to a balance training program,rotation, that is full motion through the transverse plane (XT stands for Extreme Transverse). The XT is a swivel plate, designed for use with the Extreme Balance Board, and the Extreme Balance Board Lite.

In order to use the XT you must already have an Extreme Balance Board or you can purchase them together.

We strongly recommend that unless an individual is a highly conditioned athlete, IF they want to work through the transverse plane they should use the XT with the Extreme Balance Board Lite as it is a very fluid in motion and can really crank up a balance training session.

If you are a snowboarder, skier, water skier, skater, golfer or participate in any sport that uses rotation as a source of power, the XT can help to develop that. If you simply want excellent balance training, the Extreme Balance Board is still the best balance trainer available. If you are in early rehab, are balance challenged, elderly or very young, then the Extreme Balance Board Lite may be a better choice.
