Hanging
from the upper bar places the user out and above the
doorway. |
The EZ-UpTM Inversion System offers a full body stretch
and is a great tool for inverted exercises (like crunches, sit-ups
and squats). In fact, full range inverted sit-ups are ten times
tougher than horizontal sit-ups, with minimal load on the back.
The EZ-UpTM Inversion Rack installs in a door frame,
but does not interfere with the function of the door. (Note: The
Rack must be installed in a solid wood doorframe constructed
according to national building code standards). The Rack takes up
no floor space, which is ideal for cramped living quarters. The
EZ-UpTM Inversion System comes with a 14-minute
instructional video and an 88-page medical research book on
inversion written for "nonmedical" people. (The Rack
purchased separately includes the video only.) Some assembly
required.
