The concept of the slide board has been around for a long time. The concepts of the G-1 Slide are new and designed for maximum effectiveness for those looking to improve balance, speed and leg strength.

 

Conventional slide boards typically offer a non-adjustable 6' sliding surface and non-adjustable ramped end stops. This configuration limits training ability and techniques and also offers limited muscle usage and development.

 

The G-1 sliding surface can be adjusted to distances of 3ft to 10ft, creating different movements and developing more muscles. These adjustments enable the G-1 Slide to be used by all members of the family or by athletes from youth to pro. The low profile adjustable end stops were designed for proper foot and ankle positioning. This positioning develops and strengthens foot, ankle and leg muscles not isolated on conventional slide boards.

The portable G1 Slide weighs only 5.5 pounds compared to 50 to 60 pound boards that offer similar exercises!

Another unique feature of the G-1 Slide is it's patented adjustable rotating discs. These disks create a more defined and precise exercise by forcing perfect execution and technique.
