Displays

Information
will be stored in memory and can be recalled during and after exercise session.
The memory is reset when heart rate monitoring is next switched on.

in Zone (TIZ) indicates the following: |

alarm indicates whether you are in/above or below your target zone

100 hours with 50 lap memory and corresponding heart rate

Displays elapsed stopwatch time, heart rate and % of maximum heart rate with current target zone all on one screen | |

Lap Time (the time elapsed from the previous time to the current time) is stored with average heart rate for the lap |
