Accessories included:

Deluxe Handles - May be easily attached and removed from tubes or bands.

While pulling down on the black buckle, push up on the webbing/tubing to create a double loop.  Thread one end of the band/tubing through one loop and back through the other loop as shown above.  Loop through twice for tubing as shown on the right hand picture above.  Repeat this step for each handle.

Door Anchor

Portable and easy to use, Door Anchor easily adjusts to accommodate any height.  Just put the round disk on the other side of an open, door, close the door and you have an anchor for your tubing and bands.
