Rocker Boards are on a fulcrum and rock back and forth.
Rocker boards only go back and forth.
Wobble boards go any any direction.
Beginner, intermediate, advanced refer to the degree of incline.
Beginner is less incline, intermediate is a little more incline and advanced is for a lot of incline.
The boards that are offered in 3 different versions are not adjustabel.
The adjustable ones offer 2 or 3 levels of difficulty.
