How to choose your bands
Resistance is measured at 72".
For example at 42", there is no resistance. Resistance progressive. lt increases up to the rated resistance at 72" Then it will continue to increase above the rating if it is stretched longer.
Micro Band Our new Micro Band is 42" long and HALF the width of the Mini Band (only 1/4" wide). This thin band provides from 2-6 lbs. of resistance, and is excellent for working small muscle groups to the point of fatigue with high repetitions. This band can be used by beginners on overhead presses and other activities, as well as for rehab. (Note: THIS BAND DOES NOT PROVIDE ENOUGH RESISTANCE FOR THE STRETCHING ROUTINE OR FOR ANKLE TRACTION.) Band color varies.
Mini Band Mini Bands are used for shoulder exercises, ball-drill stations and rehab.
A Mini Band will add up to 25 lbs. of resistance on a single band exercises
or 50 lbs. on double band exercises.
These bands attach easily to a power rack for added resistance -

Monster Mini Band - Mini Bands are used for shoulder exercises, ball-drill stations and rehab.
A monster mini band will add up to 35 lbs. of resistance on a single band exercises
or 75 lbs. on double band exercises.
These bands attach easily to a power rack for added resistance - red or Black 3/4" x 41"
Light Band - Light bands are used for flexibility work and other exercises.
Color-coded pink, a Light Band adds up to 50 lbs. on a single band exercises
or 100 lbs. on double band exercises.
(Note: You will need a pair of bands for powerlifting activities.) Purple 1-1/8" x 41"
Average bands are color-coded green.
These bands are used by advanced lifters for flexibility work.
An Average Band will provide up to 75 lbs. on a single band exercises
or 150 lbs. on double band exercises.
(Note: for powerlifting, you will need to order a pair.) Green 1-3/4" x 41"
Strong Band Strong bands are used for squats, and resisted running drills,
but are not recommended for flexibility work. Color-coded blue,
a Strong Band will add up to 100 lbs. on a single band exercises
or 200 lbs. on double band exercises
