Please note that the Roller greatly increases the
unpredictability of the BoarDRocK. Use of the Roller is
recomended only for advanced BoarDRocK users. You should use
extreme caution when using the Roller and use a spotter or
railing and safety gear to prevent injury.
Place the Roller under the BoarDRocK. Slide from side to side
while balancing on the Roller. Try spinning the BoarDRocK around
while on top of the Roller. Be careful: the Roller will move
quickly. Falls should be expected. Wearing safety gear when
using the Roller is recommended.
With the Roller standing on end, approach with the BoarDRocK.
Stand one end of the BoarDRocK on the Roller, and lift the
opposite end from the ground. Try to spin the BoarDRocK around
in a circle while on top of the Roller. Caution: this exercise
should be performed in an open area away from any objects.
