When Al DeGraff, C 5/6 tetra/quadriplegic, designed the
first Saratoga Cycle, this was the first feature that he added and patented.
This feature significantly reduces neck and shoulder strain
that you would alternately feel while trying to stay upright while arm
cycling. Instead, you support your
forehead with the freedom to really lean into your workout.
It easily adjusts both vertically and horizontally, and its thick foam padding
is covered with soft but durable naugahyde that wipes clean.
Standard issue with the Saratoga Cycle®, it is an option
for the three Spirit Cycles. Not available for the Colorado Sport Cycle™.
