For people with limited reach or range-of-motion (ROM), each of the crank arms offers three threaded holes for attaching handgrips. The crank arm length from its pivot center to the center of each of the three threaded handgrip holes is 2.5", 4", 5.5"

The above is an option to the Standard, Alternate (Synchronous) Crank arms

These chromed crank arms are standard issue, unless an option is ordered. This design is pictured on cycles throughout this brochure, and is the type featured on most bicycles. The crank arm length for all arm cycles is 5.5" (14 cm) as measured from the center of each crank arm pivot to the center of the handgrip threads. For the Spirit 660 and 690, the lower, foot crank arm length is 3.5" (8.9 cm).
