
You can use the same Saratoga or Colorado Cycle for
arm or leg exercise. Simply exchange the handgrips for our foot plates
or pedals, slip out the forehead rest (included only with the Saratoga
Cycle), and place the Cycle on the floor. In addition, the Spirit Series
of cycles exercises arms and legs at the same time. In all cases, we
have eliminated the uncomfortable bicycle seat so you can exercise while
sitting on any comfortable surface–chair, bench, wheelchair, or
bedside.
These Foot Plates have adjustable
ankle and toe straps, in addition to a rigid plastic heel collar.
The result is a very firm, yet comfortable stability to hold your feet
in place. Especially recommended for therapy clinics where clients
alternately have difficulty keeping their feet on less secure pedals.
